We hire occasionally. Here’s what we look for.
innew is a small team of engineers in Rajkot, Gujarat, building and running software for founders and companies across the US and Europe. We’re not always hiring, but we’re always looking.
What it's like to build here.
Real ownership, small team
You ship code that goes to production the same week — not a sprint of tickets nobody explains to you.
We use our own products
Snapwit, UnfoldInvite and LeadIntent are ours. You'll spend real time as a user of your own work, not just its builder.
US and Europe overlap hours
Client work runs 2pm–11pm IST, covering the European working day and the US East Coast morning. Plan around that, not a 9-to-5.
Direct access, no layers
No account managers between you and the client, and no five-step approval chain to change a line of code.
Judgment, ownership, and comfort with AI-assisted work.
- Engineers who ship end-to-end, including the boring parts — auth, deployment, monitoring — not just the interesting feature.
- People who can explain a technical decision to a non-technical founder in plain language.
- Judgment over instructions. We scope tight and expect gaps to get filled sensibly, not escalated line by line.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted engineering — most of what we ship today has a model somewhere in it.
Roles we typically hire for
We don’t keep a running job board — when we do have an opening, it’s usually one of these:
- Full-stack engineering
- AI / ML engineering
- Product design
- DevOps & security
No job board. Just an inbox.
We don’t run a careers portal, and we rarely post to job boards. When we need someone, we usually already know who to ask. If that’s not how you found us: send an email to info@innew.dev with what you’ve built — a repo, a live product, a case study, not just a resume — and where you’d want to spend your time. We reply to every serious email, even when we don’t have anything open.
Think you'd be a good fit?
Even if we're not hiring right now, send us what you've built. We keep good people in mind for when we are.
