Our refund policy reflects the way we operate across milestone-based MVP launches and ongoing partnership plans, ensuring fairness for both teams.
1. MVP Launch Plan
- Projects are divided into clear milestones (discovery, design, development, QA, etc.).
- Payments are made per milestone.
- Cancelling mid-milestone means you only pay for the portion of work completed.
- Completed milestones or approved deliverables are non-refundable.
Example: If 2 out of 4 milestones are complete and you cancel, only the completed and in-progress milestones are billed.
2. Partnership Plan (Monthly)
- Flexible monthly engagement that includes 30 hours per week of design and development support.
- Cancel anytime with written notice.
- We prorate unused hours or refund the remaining balance after deducting delivered work.
3. Custom Plans
- Custom agreements include scope and timelines defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Discovery or setup fees are non-refundable once work begins, unless noted in the SOW.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Completed or delivered work.
- Delays caused by pending approvals or inputs from the client.
- Changes in direction or business strategy after the project has started.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@innew.dev with:
- Project name
- Payment details
- Refund reason
Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
